Secure Trade Platform ​

The Secure Trade Platform is a comprehensive trade finance solution that enables secure, transparent, and automated trade financing through PayPledge agreements. The platform operates across both public (Optimism) and private EVM networks, providing robust risk mitigation strategies and dispute resolution mechanisms.

Platform Architecture ​

SecureTrade leverages a sophisticated multi-application architecture with three core interfaces:

  • SecureTrade Trader: Main trading interface for traders to create and manage PayPledges
  • SecureTrade Underwriter: Credit management and underwriting interface for risk assessment
  • SecureTrade Resolver: Dispute resolution and PayPledge lifecycle management

Private SAFE Architecture ​

  • Private SAFE Contracts: Secure multi-signature wallet functionality for enhanced security on the private network
  • Trade-Private Token Contracts: User specific tokens on the private network with ERC-3643 compliance

Core User Flow ​

1. Wallet Pre-generation & Funding ​

  • Users can register with email addresses
  • System automatically generates private and public safe addresses
  • Wallets can be funded with TRADE-S and ETH tokens
  • Email-based authentication and wallet management

2. PayPledge Request & Response ​

  • Traders acting as sellers can request PayPledges from trader wallet addresses
  • System sends email notifications to traders with secure links
  • Traders acting as buyers can sign up/login with email and access their funded wallet
  • Traders acting as buyers can then issue PayPledges based on seller requests

3. PayPledge Lifecycle Management ​

  • Draft → Initiated → Contingent → Effective → Discharging → Discharged
  • Performance conditions can be set and fulfilled by traders acting as sellers
  • Automated dispute resolution mechanisms
  • Both on-chain and off-chain settlement support

User Accounts & Security Management ​

  • Private SAFE Address: User's secure multi-signature wallet on the private network
  • Trade-Private Token Contract: User specific tokens on the private network with ERC-3643 compliance
  • Public Safe Address: User's Optimism network wallet for public operations
  • Per-User Collateral Vault: Securely locks collateral tokens to back PayPledges
  • Credit Limits: Underwriter-approved credit capacity for PayPledge issuance
  • Gas Tank: ETH for transaction fees on both networks

Private Network Security Flow ​

  1. Users register and receive Private SAFE addresses with multi-signature security
  2. Trade-P token contracts manage individual user token operations and compliance
  3. Private SAFE contracts provide enhanced security for PayPledge operations
  4. Multi-signature controls ensure secure transaction execution and fund management
